The Business Development Specialist for Keller Worldwide utilizes subject matter expertise to drive results by generating revenue. For more information on Keller Worldwide, please visit Business Development Identifies and qualifies new leads through research, cold calling, and networking within and outside the KW ecosystem to build a consistent sales pipeline. Meets virtually with clients to conduct needs analysis, presents the KW value proposition, and applies in-depth knowledge to articulate how KW models and systems solve specific candidate pain points. Identifies and cultivates partnerships with external stakeholders, such as strategic partners, vendors, or industry influencers, to drive referrals and brand awareness. Market Research and Marketing Researches and evaluates industry trends and competitor activities to provide advice and recommendations for strategic marketing adjustments within the assigned region. Executes outbound marketing efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking at industry events to generate new business leads. Applies specialized expertise to assist the team in developing and designing A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of various growth tactics and messaging. Data Management, Analytics, and Reporting Manages data within CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to document interactions, track progress toward goals, and prepares regular reports on sales activity. Analyzes and interprets data from CRM tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track campaign performance, monitor conversion rates, and derive actionable insights for optimization. Other Provides guidance on cross-functional projects where subject matter expertise is needed Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of relevant education in business, marketing, or communications and work experience may be substituted for degree Polished and professional demeanor Well versed in industry developments, techniques, and trends Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot), mobile sales tools, and office productivity software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills for high-stakes, virtual and face-to-face interactions, presentation delivery, and internal team collaboration Ability to work independently with little supervision, maintaining a high level of discipline to meet aggressive targets This position is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX. Relocation assistance is not available for this role Salary Range is between $70,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience.
