Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly. This role manages office procedures, supports staff, coordinates administrative activities, and serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Supervise administrative staff (if applicable) Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace, supplies, access) Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking Support budgeting and basic accounting functions Coordinate meetings, events, and company functions Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Serve as the main point of contact for building management and service providers Improve office processes to increase efficiency and productivity Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of office administration or management experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with payroll or accounting software preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Key Competencies Leadership and team support Time management Attention to detail Initiative and accountability Customer service orientation #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
