Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, formulating individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise, hands-on manual therapy, and the latest rehabilitative equipment, to alleviate pain and promote mobility.
• Document all aspects of treatment, tracking patient progress and outcomes meticulously, which is vital for ongoing assessment and plan refinement.
• Reassess therapeutic goals periodically, modifying treatment plans based on patient responses and progress to ensure optimal recovery pathways.
• Guide patients, caregivers, and families on the use of assistive devices and proper physical therapy techniques to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops, participating in professional organizations, and maintaining active engagement in continuing education.

You will work with a diverse population, providing care that caters to both children and adults with a wide range of conditions, from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
