Chef/Kitchen Manager

Role Overview SodexoMagic is seeking a Chef/Kitchen Manager with prior culinary supervisory skills and hands‑on food production experience to join our team at the private Delta Sky Club at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) . The position reports to the Executive Chef and must be flexible to work day‑evening shifts, including weekends. Incentives Paid Airport Parking What You’ll Do Be responsible for purchasing, menu/recipe compliance, inventory, food production forecasting, and hands‑on cooking. Supervision of large‑scale batch cooking. Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality, are implemented. Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations. Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance. Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems. Excellent mentoring/leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest culinary standards. Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong coaching and employee development skills. A passion for food and innovation.
