Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the unique circumstances and challenges faced by clients.

• Coordinate care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Consult with colleagues to share insights on complex cases, ensuring the most effective therapeutic interventions are employed.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches and adapting your style to fit the needs of the participants.

• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and case summaries accurately and in a timely manner to uphold compliance and quality standards.

• Engage in disposition planning and advocacy for clients to help them achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. This role involves working closely with clients experiencing varying degrees of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other familial concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• A valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.

• Proficiency in writing concise and clear clinical notes and treatment summaries.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to develop therapeutic rapport and effective working alliances with clients.

• Strong capacity to conduct comprehensive mental status exams and recognize critical changes in clients' mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with diverse populations and familiarity with varied cultural backgrounds.

• Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
