What You'll Do:

• Manage outpatient oncology and hematology patients, including solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Collaborate closely with hematologists/oncologists, infusion teams, and support staff
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document in Epic EMR
• Support patients undergoing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies
• Provide patient education, coordinate care, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Work approximately 2-3 shifts per month, supporting outpatient services in a hospital setting

What You Need:

• Minnesota RN or APRN license (must be current)
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Prior experience in hematology/oncology preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to manage outpatient oncology patients independently and collaboratively
