Project Manager (JMR) – Civil Engineering Location: Sussex County, NJ (Onsite) Salary: $120-200K Position Summary: Growing consulting engineering firm seeks a Project Manager with extensive experience in land development or related civil engineering. The candidate will oversee site layout/design, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, stormwater design, and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis. Responsibilities Lead site layout and grading projects. Develop drainage, erosion control, and stormwater systems. Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analysis. Provide planning board and public testimony support. Write reports and proposals. Qualifications B.S./M.S. in Civil Engineering or related discipline. PE license required. 10+ years of experience in Site Engineering / Project Management or similar civil engineering roles. Strong business acumen and ability to grow into a Principal/Partner. Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil3D preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Direct growth potential to a Principal / Partner of the company.
