Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments with clients to identify their mental health challenges, assets, and available community resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that set specific goals tailored to each client’s needs, regularly updating them based on progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure clients receive coordinated and seamless care.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and educational workshops to foster community among clients and enhance their therapeutic experiences.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring that client safety remains a paramount concern.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in line with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
