Account Manager High Performing Insurance Agency

Charles Berrouet State Farm is seeking a motivated Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and growing accounts through meaningful conversations. This role combines customer service and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting clients, and identifying opportunities to better protect individuals and families. Our University City location offers free parking and an easy commute from Philadelphia, Delaware County, Montgomery County, Chester County, South Jersey, and surrounding areas.

Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date Full licensing support, study materials, and onboarding assistance are provided

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage reviews, and account needs Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer protection Quote, present, and recommend auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products Follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate documentation and customer records Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and customer retention Help achieve agency service and production goals

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance service and sales responsibilities Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable discussing insurance products and making recommendations Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Previous insurance, account management, sales, customer service, banking, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
