Accounting Manager

Requirements Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions Reconcile credit card statements to ensure accuracy Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets Assist with audit preparation and follow-up Research and resolve accounting issues as needed Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion Accounting Manager Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, required Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage Intact Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong organizational and time-management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial recordkeeping Ability to work independently and within a team Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
