Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to determine patients' psychological and emotional needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and lead group therapy sessions to foster a supportive community environment for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support to patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance and resources are available.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community resources to empower them on their recovery journey.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working closely with a diverse client population, including individuals battling anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
