Financial Analyst

Payrate $41.00 - $41.98 /hour Summary This role involves analyzing financial data, interpreting results, and presenting findings to management. The position requires a strong understanding of budget management, payment reconciliation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a team player with experience in retail operations and proficiency in SAP R/3 software. Responsibilities Analyze actual operating results and interpret data to present results to management. Respond to budget-related requests for financial data. Reconcile promotional claims and POS activity. Research payment reconciliation issues arising from audits, exception reports, or remittance changes. Generate required reports to validate payments and resolve discrepancies and variances. Reconcile carrier commissions against in-store reporting to ensure timely and accurate payment. Deliver finance/reporting and financial data analytics to various key business stakeholders. Create actionable spending plans using appropriate data. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of directly related experience. Prior experience in retail operations preferred. Accounting experience utilizing SAP R/3 software. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills. Skills Proficiency in Excel. Experience with ERP systems. Strong team player. Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $41.00 - $41.98/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
