Key responsibilities Oversee the development and implementation of revenue cycle strategies to enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Analyze financial metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities Required qualifications Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare finance Proven track record of leadership in a senior management role within a healthcare organization Strong understanding of billing, coding, and reimbursement processes Experience with financial analysis and performance improvement methodologies
