This full-time position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges and strengths, thereby informing treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment goals, implementing strategies tailored to promote emotional healing and resilience.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and psychologists to offer a coordinated and integrated care approach, ensuring holistic treatment for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed, employing safety planning techniques to support at-risk individuals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficiency.

• Lead educational workshops and support groups designed to foster community among clients and provide additional resources for mental health education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical expertise will focus on supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mood disorders, couples managing relational challenges, and families navigating complex dynamics.
