Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and your own therapeutic interviews to form a comprehensive understanding of client backgrounds, relationship dynamics, and presenting issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based modalities to address specific mental health challenges, including individual, couple, and family therapy.

• Offer therapeutic interventions through various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy, tailoring your approach to suit the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, focusing on various topics such as communication skills, conflict resolution, and coping strategies to promote successful interpersonal dynamics.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and maintaining detailed documentation to track their journey and outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients by coordinating with emergency services and mental health resources when needed.

• Engage in professional development opportunities, including continued education and peer supervision, to stay updated on therapeutic practices and contribute to the team’s collective knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with clients facing issues such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Colorado.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related is highly desirable.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating your ability to manage diverse cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
