Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather critical information on clients' mental health concerns and resources, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coherent and integrated care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning, ensuring the well-being of clients during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, reflecting the progress and adjustments in treatment.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, enhancing community support and knowledge among participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele is diverse, comprising individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
