Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses (when necessary), and evaluations to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique cultural, emotional, and psychological needs.

• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for appropriate diagnosis and to subsequently guide therapeutic interventions.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities and continually assess patients’ progress towards established goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards and the organization's protocols.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their support systems, developing comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize safety, symptom management, and overall well-being.

• Coordinate referral processes, serving as a key liaison between patients and external care providers while nurturing relationships with community resources and agencies.

• Provide supervision and mentorship to interns, students, and new clinicians, enhancing their learning experience and fostering a culture of growth within the team.

• Participate in peer reviews and clinical evaluations, contributing to the professional development of your peers under the guidance of your clinical supervisor.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate institution.
