Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive discharge plans and ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention, family therapy, and individual counseling to support clients through challenging situations.
\n
• Make appropriate referrals to community services, treatment programs, and resources to enhance client well-being.
\n
• Advocate for patients by facilitating communication with healthcare providers, families, and community organizations.
\n
• Prioritize and organize your daily workload by assessing the needs of new, ongoing, and discharged patients.

• Engage in professional development and training to remain current with best practices in mental health care.

• Provide support and debriefing services to staff in conjunction with the Employee Assistance Program following adverse events.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a wide array of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and more complex psychological conditions. Understanding and being sensitive to a variety of backgrounds and experiences will be crucial in delivering effective, empathetic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current State Licensure as either an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist.

• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources and support services.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective therapy and collaboration.

• A demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually alongside a sign-on bonus of up to USD 1,000.
