Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding students’ mental health issues, strengths, and resources, thereby establishing a foundation for effective intervention.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy, adapting techniques as needed based on clients' progress.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions, tracking progress and making adjustments to enhance outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
