Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on therapeutic models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care tailored to client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, clearly outlining therapeutic goals and specific interventions while regularly assessing client progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate extensively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive care and avoid fragmentation of services across various treatment providers.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community awareness and support among clients facing similar challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to ensure the well-being of clients during heightened moments of distress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client records are accurate and up to date to support ongoing treatment and care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population experiencing a wide array of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
