Work Environment\n

You will primarily work remotely, ensuring you maintain a work-life balance while delivering important mental health services. This role allows for flexible scheduling, which includes some evening and weekend hours to accommodate students and their families, ensuring that we meet our clients' diverse needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain insights into students' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources to inform treatment strategies.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals tailored to each student's unique needs and challenges.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services when necessary, along with developing safety plans to support students in distress.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote peer interaction and learning.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal guidelines to ensure accountability and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse student population facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, children and adolescents who are experiencing emotional upheavals, learning difficulties, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our goal is to foster resilience and recovery in students to enhance their academic and social experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
