Job Description – Sous Chef The Sous Chef supports daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and ensuring all food is produced safely, efficiently, and consistently. This role assists the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager with maintaining quality standards, managing food production, and keeping the kitchen organized and clean. The Sous Chef is expected to help guide kitchen staff, uphold food safety practices, and maintain a smooth workflow during service.
