$100,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + Benefits

About the Opportunity

A well-established and stable multi-entity organization in the East Valley is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead a small accounting team and oversee day-to-day accounting operations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys mentoring staff, improving processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in a dynamic business environment.

Property management or real estate industry experience is a significant plus.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small accounting team.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, cash management, and general ledger activities.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close process across multiple entities.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reporting packages.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Partner with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
• Coordinate audit support and assist with tax and compliance requirements.
• Drive process improvements and help strengthen internal controls.
• Participate in special projects and system enhancements as needed.

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

✅ 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

✅ Prior supervisory or team leadership experience

✅ Experience in a multi-entity accounting environment

✅ Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting

✅ Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems

✅ Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities

⭐ Property management, real estate, HOA, or related industry experience strongly preferred

⭐ CPA or CPA-track is a plus
