Entry- levelの方も歓迎です。11月中旬ころよりご勤務可能な方を優先的に検討しております。
雇用形態: Direct Hire, Full Time, Non-exempt
給与:年収:$58,000
昇給・ボーナス:
ー年1回の昇給機会あり
ーボーナス支給あり(年2回を予定。ただし、業績等により支給回数・金額が変動し、保証されるものではありません) 勤務形態:ハイブリッド勤務(在宅勤務制度あり・試用期間後から適応)
ー現在の在宅勤務は、隔週月曜日および毎週金曜日を基本とする週1.5日程度
ー在宅勤務のスケジュールは状況に応じて変更となる場合があり、固定的な制度ではありません(保証なし) 勤務時間:
以下のいずれかの勤務時間となります。
8:00 AM~4:00 PM
9:00 AM~5:00 PM
1時間の有給ランチ休憩あり
試用期間:入社後3か月間の試用期間(Probation Period)あり 福利厚生:

Invoiceデータ入力を中心としたAP/AR業務および経理関連の事務サポートをご担当いただきます。
また、受付業務および総務サポート業務も担当いただきます。
オフィスマネージャーのもとで業務を行っていただくポジションです。【主な業務内容(Responsibilities)】
● Invoice入力を中心とした基本的なAP/AR(買掛金・売掛金)アシスタント業務
● データ入力およびその他経理関連の補助業務
● 一部、受付(Reception)および総務業務を含む
●その他付随業務 【応募要件(Requirements)】● アソシエイトディグリー(準学士号)以上の学位をお持ちの方
● 基本的なオフィスワーク経験をお持ちの方
● 英語・日本語のバイリンガルの方(ビジネスレベルで読み書き・会話が可能な方)
● 細部への注意力があり、学習意欲の高い方
●Microsoft Office(Excel・Word)の基本操作が可能な方
●米国での就労許可(ビザサポートなし)
● 企業規定の勤務時間にてフルタイム勤務およびオフィス出社が可能な方 【歓迎要件】
経理サポート業務の経験をお持ちの方
会計ソフトウェアの使用経験をお持ちの方
