Japanese Accounting Assistant
Accounting Assistant Bilingual Japanese Speaking

Japanese Accounting Assistant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)
• Accurately enter financial data, journal entries, payroll and transactions into accounting software Sage accounting software.
• Process vendor invoices, monitor employee expense reports, manage billing, and issue customer payments/receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and ledger discrepancies to ensure all records balance.
• Compile data for balance sheets and budget summaries, organize receipts, and provide documentation for internal or external audits.
• Respond to inquiries regarding payment status and resolve billing disputes.
Japanese Accounting Assistant Qualifications:
- Japanese Speaking
- Accounting experience
