Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through virtual sessions and in community settings, providing psychotherapy and counseling aligned with their treatment plans.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as schools and local organizations, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure all aspects of care are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with program and funding source requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and trauma-informed techniques to tailor interventions to the unique needs of each client.

• Advocate for clients within community systems, assisting them in navigating resources and support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals and families belonging to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. You will work with clients from various age groups, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to understand and respect cultural nuances will be crucial in building therapeutic relationships and promoting effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with the ability to empathize and connect with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology and electronic health record systems for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
