Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting Intake Assessments: Evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and needs through comprehensive assessments, establishing a foundation for effective treatment plans.

• Individualized Treatment Plans: Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments and clients' personal goals, adapting strategies as needed over the course of therapy.

• Therapeutic Services: Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitoring Progress: Keep meticulous records of clients' progress in therapy, regularly adjusting treatment approaches to ensure optimal outcomes and addressing any emerging concerns.

• Collaborative Care: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate a comprehensive approach to client care.

Qualifications\n
