Salary: $25 - $28 per hour

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Support Coordinator (Temporary) to assist our sales and account management team with preparing, reviewing, and delivering client quotations. This position plays an important role in ensuring quotes are accurate, professionally presented, and processed in a timely manner to support an excellent client experience.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous sales support or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and send client quotes using QuoteWerks.
• Enter and maintain customer and quote information accurately within QuoteWerks and QuickBooks.
• Verify pricing, quantities, product descriptions, and licensing details before quotes are sent.
• Coordinate with internal technical and account management teams to gather information needed for proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes as directed by the sales team.
• Maintain organized electronic records of quotes, revisions, and customer communications.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries regarding quotes and order status.
• Assist with administrative tasks that support the sales process.
• Identify discrepancies or errors and resolve them before quotes are delivered.
• Help maintain consistency in quote formatting, documentation, and internal processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

• Comfortable learning new software and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales support, administrative, customer service, or inside sales experience.
• Experience using QuoteWerks.
• Experience using QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with managed IT services, technology products, or software licensing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
