Accounting Assistant Co-op

Job Description Olen is seeking a detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment to support a mix of accounting and administrative tasks. Duties and Responsibilities Assist with month‑end financial reporting Maintain and reconcile various financial accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis Support the operations team by answering account inquiries Prepare and submit tax payments Enter accounts receivable and/or accounts payable Apply cash receipts to customer accounts Review vendor invoices for taxability Provide backup coverage for the front desk File and box physical records Education and Experience Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, math, or a related field Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail Team‑player who is adaptable and flexible Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Experience in an administrative or accounting/financial role is a plus Benefits Olen offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, company‑paid life, and disability insurance.
