Account Executive, West Coast Speciality

Position Summary The Account Executive is responsible for managing JENNY BIRD’s exiting West Coast distribution and driving new account development. This role is focused on driving revenue, supporting account relationships, and achieving weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets. The role reports to the Vice President of Wholesale with a dotted line to the Director of Brand Distribution. Primary Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal and annual basis Analyze selling opportunities and identify reorder opportunities and suggested buys for key partners Identify and communicate key areas of opportunity for the territory Lead buyer meetings and collection walk‑throughs Act as a brand ambassador to JENNY BIRD Manage order book and work closely with coordinators and operations to strategize and prioritize shipments Conduct store visits, merchandising support and seasonal product knowledge Identify prospects and support distribution management to ensure partnerships align with our brand standards Qualifications 4+ years of wholesale experience Experience managing the West Coast territory and existing buyer relationships Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and retail partners Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels Attention to detail, accuracy and strong follow‑through Ability to travel up to 25% Team Member Expectations We seek a compassionate and reliable individual who leads with empathy, inspires teammates with a strong work ethic, and supports the growth of peers through trust and respect. Salary Range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000–$95,000. Exact salary depends on experience, skills, education and budget. Salary may vary by geographic location. Total compensation may include variable pay components tied to individual and company performance.
