Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Lead to own quality assurance, test strategy, and release readiness for PRIME (Physician Relationship & Insight Management Engine) , a custom Salesforce Experience Cloud platform integrating Snowflake, Salesforce, analytics, and enterprise data sources.
The Senior QA Lead will drive end-to-end quality activities across application functionality, data validation, integrations, security, and user acceptance testing. This individual will work closely with Product Management, Business Analysis, Salesforce Development, Data Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases throughout the software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce testing expertise, extensive experience with data validation and reconciliation, and demonstrated ability to lead QA strategy and execution for complex, data-intensive enterprise applications.

PRIME Physician Relationship & Insight Management Engine
PRIME is a custom Salesforce Experience Cloud platform that integrates Salesforce, Snowflake, analytics, APIs, and enterprise data sources to support physician relationship and insight management.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce Experience Cloud and custom Salesforce applications.
- Proven experience validating data across Snowflake, Salesforce, Tableau, APIs, and integrated enterprise platforms .
- Strong hands-on experience with data reconciliation and validation .
- Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and release testing .
- Experience with Jira, qTest, or similar test-management tools .
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile software development environments .
- Ability to independently lead QA activities and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and enterprise integrations .
- Experience testing data-intensive digital products, analytics platforms, and reporting solutions.
- Experience within healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industries .
- Experience with test automation frameworks and AI-assisted testing approaches .
- ISTQB, Salesforce, or related QA certification is preferred.
