Perform various tasks involved in Roll Mill operation including but not limited to setting up and operating machines, handling parts and materials, packing parts and other related activities using hand tools, various type of packing materials. Must follow all applicable safety procedures to avoid injuries including requests for help from co-workers. Proper handling of finished parts and products to avoid injuries or damage, follow all operational instructions when operating or using tools and equipment. Provide quality checks as determined. Job may require overtime and a flexible schedule, reporting early and working late, including weekends./ppShift: 3rd 10:00pm - 6:30am/ppSchedule: Sunday - Thursday/ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliSets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines./liliUses computer-controlled equipment to select position and secure automatic or semi-automatic machines./liliControls and adjusts machine settings to complete more complex tasks./liliMay assist with training other machine operators./liliMay calculate and assist with numeric controlled programming./liliTypically reports to a supervisor/manager/li/ulh3Job Requirements:/h3ulliExcellent verbal communication skills with strong aptitude for operating machinery./liliAbility to follow instructions and learn the production process./liliExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail./liliExcellent time management skills./liliAbility to perform repetitive tasks./li/ulh3Education and Experience Requirements:/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required./liliHi-Lo Certification preferred, will be trained and certified on the hi-lo./lili(2) years of solid experience in a manufacturing environment./liliMust be able to clear drug screen and background check./liliMust have reliable transportation./li/ulh3Physical Needs and Work Environment:/h3pThe ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation as you will frequently and repetitively be required to bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform work, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk and hear.
