Financial Analyst IV

What you’ll do: Bundle and propose for payment invoices for digital content platforms. Investigate variance in financial data. Resolve or elevate validation errors as needed. Perform user acceptance testing in all related financial systems. Conduct thorough account reconciliation. Answer external partner invoice-related queries with clarity and precision. Provide email support for the self-service portal designed for external partners. Qualifications: Accounting and/or finance experience with payment processing in a corporate environment. Proficiency in enterprise application software systems. Demonstrated database data entry experience. Accuracy and rigorous attention to detail, with the ability to consistently follow defined processes. Confidence and consistency in performing payment-related calculations. Good judgment in deciding when to elevate ambiguous cases. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent habits of self-review to ensure consistent, error-free work. Effective communication skills for engaging with both internal and external partners. Proficiency in Excel. Flexibility and a willingness to learn about new tools and different procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a distributed global team. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Nice-to-have: Experience with digital content royalty payment processes.
