What You’ll Do Lead fun, engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 Create a positive and energetic environment where kids can learn and grow Help make Soccer Shots the best part of each child’s week Track attendance and communicate with leadership as needed Distribute end‑of‑season prizes and celebrate each child’s progress No coaching experience? No problem — we provide all the training you need! We’re Looking for Someone Who Is Responsible – Shows up on time and prepared Professional – Friendly with parents and school staff Enthusiastic – Loves working with young children Outgoing – Willing to be animated, energetic, and even a little silly! Reliable – Able to commit to a consistent schedule for a 6–8 week season Communicative – Responsive and able to stay in touch with the team Soccer experience is preferred, but not required. Experience working with children is a big plus! Requirements Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license High school diploma Eligible to work in the U.S. Able to pass a background check What You Get

• 16.94 per session paid field training
• 20 per session after completing training
