Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic modalities to effectively address clients’ mental health needs.

• Evaluate clients’ progress regularly, assess their needs, and adapt treatment plans based on their evolving situations and outcomes.

• Engage with caregivers, providing education and support to empower them in managing behavioral health challenges experienced by their loved ones.

• Identify and address behaviors that may impede recovery, fostering resilience and personal growth among clients.

• Document therapy sessions and treatment plans in a compliant manner, maintaining confidentiality while meeting regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with the latest mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
