Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while serving clients more effectively. We accommodate alternate scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, during our operating hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, tailoring your approach based on unique client needs.

• Conduct thorough client intake interviews to collect and interpret essential social, personal, environmental, and health information for effective service delivery.

• Evaluate a variety of psychological problems within your scope of practice, creating treatment plans that promote positive outcomes and emotional well-being.

• Design and implement programs and activities that address the social and emotional requirements of clients and foster community connections.
\n
• Assist clients in crisis resolution, utilizing cognitive, affective, and behavioral health strategies, while providing referrals to community resources as necessary.

• Establish and maintain trusting, respectful relationships with clients, ensuring a safe space for candid discussions and growth.

• Continuously assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions, adapting approaches to maximize client progress and satisfaction.

• Identify suitable resources, assessment instruments, and documentation methods according to established protocols to support treatment goals.

• Maintain an up-to-date caseload and ensure all case documentation accurately reflects services provided, while adhering to organizational standards.

• Carry out individual clinical counseling sessions targeting specific behavioral health needs, including but not limited to mood disorders, grief, and family dynamics.

This role focuses on a diverse array of clients referred to Anxiety Health Network. You'll engage with individuals struggling with behavioral health concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, family conflicts, and traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is essential for this role.

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania, with the credentials necessary to practice independently.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in clinical social work or a similar field, ideally focusing on mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
