Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their specific needs, goals, and potential for recovery.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote healing and restore function.
• Utilize a range of proven intervention techniques, assisting patients to improve their motion, mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical well-being.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and exercise programs that can be incorporated into their daily lives for optimal outcomes.
• Encourage and motivate patients through personalized therapy sessions, consistently monitoring their progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Foster a supportive environment where patients feel empowered and motivated to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of care, enhancing patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your efforts will significantly focus on helping patients regain mobility and functional independence, supporting them in achieving their health and wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in orthopedic physical therapy, specifically with musculoskeletal injuries.
• Experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and direct patient care, with a dedication to excellence in service delivery.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
