Front Desk Associate (Morning)

You'll be the friendly face (or voice) that parents and kids interact with, so bringing your positive, can-do attitude daily is key. What You'll Do From answering phones, helping with customer questions, handing out a lot of bandaids, or keeping our workspace organized, you'll be doing a bit of everything to keep things running smoothly. Greet and assist families with a smile Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person Provide support with sign-ups and scheduling Keep our space tidy and organized Help with inventory and computer tasks Be a team player and bring that positive energy every day What We're Looking For We're after someone who's all about creating positive experiences. If you're naturally friendly, quick on your feet, and love problem-solving, this could be the perfect fit for you. No experience? No problem. We're ready to train the right person!
