What You’ll Do As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and quality. Managing and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and productive environment. Ensuring food preparation meets Bella Vino’s high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. Monitoring inventory and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen that complies with all health and safety regulations. Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen management or similar leadership role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle the demands of a busy kitchen. A passion for food quality and presentation, with a keen eye for detail.
