Although the work is primarily conducted online, our therapists have access to an outpatient office facility for in-person sessions when necessary. Regular business hours are complemented by occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate client schedules, ensuring comprehensive service availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers, to ensure our clients receive well-rounded and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, applying clinical judgment and empathy to de-escalate situations and refer clients to appropriate resources.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and educating the public about available resources.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to meet the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate documentation within electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is strongly preferred.
