This contract-based RBT position focuses on providing dedicated assistance to a preschool student in an educational setting, utilizing your skills as a paraprofessional. The schedule features half-day mornings from Monday to Thursday, creating a routine that offers both meaningful impact and work-life balance.

Ideal Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RBT certification or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working as a paraprofessional in school environments
• Prior success supporting young children, especially those with developmental needs
• Strong skills in behavior management and implementing individualized intervention plans
• Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and excellent communication when collaborating with both students and staff
• Passion for early childhood education and making a positive difference

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral support and guidance to a preschool student each day
• Implement behavior intervention and instructional plans under supervision of educational staff
• Facilitate positive, structured, and safe learning experiences
• Record and relay observations and progress to the supervising team
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and specialists to meet student goals
• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment
