Overview Front of House Service Manager – Casual Italian Dining & Event Space Location: Downtown Detroit, Michigan Position Type: Full-Time We’re looking for an energetic and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to focus on Front of House Service. Our restaurant combines approachable Italian cuisine, lively service, and private events in a fun, team-oriented environment. We’re seeking a manager who loves being visible in the dining room, connecting with guests, and creating memorable experiences. Responsibilities Lead daily front of house operations including dining room, bar, and event service Engage with guests throughout service by touching tables and ensuring exceptional hospitality Support and motivate servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff Maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere for both guests and team members Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and shift management Coordinate with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth service execution Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards Support private events and special functions as needed Qualifications Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-energy environment Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on management style Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience with event service or banquet operations is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Harper Associates
