In this position, you'll manage daily accounting activities such as processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and account balances, and assisting with job cost tracking and project-related financial reporting. Required Skills:

• Strong foundational knowledge of general accounting principles, including account reconciliations
• Proven experience with accounts payable and receivable processes, invoice processing, and vendor/customer account management
• Sound understanding of GAAP and basic tax concepts, with strong attention to compliance and internal controls
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, leadership, and external partners

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with construction accounting, specifically job costing and WIP (Work-In-Progress) reporting
• Familiarity with construction industry practices and terminology

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
