Work Environment\n

As a licensed therapist in a remote setting, you will enjoy flexibility while keeping a structured work schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our outpatient office model allows therapists to engage with patients predominantly through telehealth platforms, enabling them to create a safe and accessible therapeutic space while maintaining supportive interactions with colleagues and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to inform treatment planning and therapeutic approaches.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and modalities tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to coordinate care, ensuring holistic treatment for patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of California.
