Location: Ramsey Toyota, Ramsey New Jersey

Compensation Range: $16.85-26.45, with a typical starting range of $20.00-25.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You’ll Do:

• General ledger Posting of New & Used Car Deals

• Schedule reviews and maintenance

• Account Coding & Processing vendor invoice

• Accounting for manufacturer monies

• RDR & Rebate Reconciliations

• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration

• Effective written and verbal communication

• Active listening and initiative-taking

• Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits)

• Ability to research and resolve variances
