Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A professional and positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

  • Manage and coordinate the Executive's daily schedule, resolving conflicts and prioritizing time.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, filtering incoming calls, emails, and visitor requests.
  • Review and organize the Executive's email inbox, drafting responses and flagging high-priority messages.
  • Schedule meetings, distribute agendas, and take clear notes and action items during sessions.
  • Book and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transport.
  • Track, compile, and submit monthly expense reports and receipts for reimbursement.
  • Draft, proofread, and format professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle sensitive business and personal information with strict discretion and professionalism.
