Our client is a rapidly growing publicly traded technology company developing the infrastructure powering Artificial Intelligence (AI) and High-Performance Computing (HPC) . The company is seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to partner closely with the CFO and lead financial reporting, SEC compliance, capital markets support, and financial planning.

This is a highly visible leadership role with direct exposure to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, investors, and strategic financing initiatives.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, consolidations, and technical accounting.

• Oversee preparation and filing of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks , and other SEC reporting requirements.

• Manage external audits and support SOX compliance and internal controls.

• Develop financial models supporting ATM offerings, PIPEs, convertible debt, and other capital markets transactions .

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

• Partner with executive leadership on board presentations, investor materials, and strategic financial analysis.

• Support quarterly earnings preparation and investor communications.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.

• Drive process improvements and scalable financial operations to support company growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance , or related field

• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience

• Experience within a public company finance organization

• Strong expertise in:

  • SEC Reporting

  • U.S. GAAP

  • Technical Accounting

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Financial Modeling

• Experience preparing and filing 10-K , 10-Q , and 8-K reports

• Experience supporting capital markets transactions and corporate finance initiatives

• Proven leadership experience managing finance and accounting teams

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred

• Big Four public accounting background

• Experience with SOX , XBRL , and EDGAR reporting

• Experience with newly public companies , RTOs , or de-SPAC transactions

• Background in AI infrastructure , data centers , digital infrastructure , energy , or emerging technologies

• Treasury and foreign exchange (FX) experience is a plus

• Partner directly with the CFO and executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives.
