This entirely remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while accessing our state-of-the-art telehealth platform. Flexible scheduling options are available Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, accommodating patient needs and promoting work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health conditions including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, issues related to substance abuse, and family dynamics. Our approach is focused on evidence-based practices that are culturally sensitive and tailored to the unique experiences of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong foundation in mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities, with a proven ability to conduct assessments and develop effective treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy, with a focus on diverse populations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with colleagues and fostering trust with patients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in utilizing technology for providing remote therapy.
