Work Environment

At our rehabilitation center, employees can expect a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, including variable weekends as needed. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Physical Therapist will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' functional limitations and disabilities.
• Developing detailed treatment plans that consider individual patient needs and evidence-based practice.
• Implementing and adjusting therapeutic interventions, continually assessing patient progress and outcomes.
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and communication regarding treatment plans.
• Maintaining accurate records of patient evaluations, treatments, and billing in adherence to regulatory standards.
• Participating in strategic initiatives, including community outreach, quality improvement projects, and staff education.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and other musculoskeletal issues. You will play an essential role in promoting patient healing and enhancing their functional capabilities, tailoring your approach to meet the unique challenges faced by each patient.

Qualifications

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in computer applications and document management for maintaining patient records.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting, particularly with a focus on outpatient therapy, will be advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and effective patient management systems will enhance your contributions in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for the position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
