Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for patients dealing with various conditions that limit their functional abilities.
• Deliver high-quality patient care by implementing therapeutic interventions, monitoring progress, and modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide expert consultations to healthcare providers concerning the continuum of care for their patients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and billing charges, adhering to relevant laws and professional standards of documentation.
• Engage in ongoing communication with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, to discuss patient status, proposed changes to programs, and collaborative treatment efforts.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, including physical therapy assistants and aides, fostering their professional growth while managing departmental resources efficiently.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and marketing efforts to raise awareness about our services and advance the organization's mission.
• Attend staff meetings and continuing education programs to enhance professional competence and stay informed about the latest treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population at our Rehabilitation Center consists of individuals ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults navigating post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey is mandatory.

• Proficiency in word processing and electronic record systems.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, which provides familiarity with patient care protocols and best practices in physical therapy. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
